What I Aim to Deliver
- Cross OS Support: Switching between Windows, Linux and MacOS to get users the help they need.
- Continuous Improvement: Expanding skills through lab work and real-world opportunities.
- Portable Workflow: Travel ready kits, tools, and habits that can do the job from anywhere.
- Communication First: Tickets and notes that others can pick up with and keep moving.
- Calm under pressure: Use skills from travel work to keep things moving when it gets crazy.
While I haven’t yet worked professionally in the IT sector, my home lab and self-directed projects show my readiness to contribute from day one.
